Welcome to Portugal!
Portugal has beautiful beaches, rugged coastlines, delicious food, and vibrant, colourful cities. Throw in great weather and it’s no surprise it was voted the latest “best destination in the world” at the World Travel Awards. Portugal may not feature on as many European itineraries, due to its location on the edge of Europe, but it will more than reward you if you make the effort to visit. The food is amazing, the scenery is beautiful and the cities are exciting and full of life. What are you waiting for?!
Accommodation: Portugal has affordable accommodation, with hostels starting from €10 per night and hotels starting from around €40 for two. In the offseason accommodation in popular destinations in the Algarve will be much cheaper. Airbnb is available.
