Language: Portuguese
Accommodation: Portugal has affordable accommodation, with hostels starting from €10 per night and hotels starting from around €40 for two. In the offseason accommodation in popular destinations in the Algarve will be much cheaper. Airbnb is available.
Transport: There are trains and buses available for inter-city travel and they are relatively inexpensive. For example, the train from Lisbon to Porto is between €20-40.
